Who can attend the 2026 Gala?
The event welcomes all current and former Unity School parents, families, staff, alumni, and community members who want to show their support. Please note: this is an adults-only event.
What is the attire?
The Auction attire is cocktail or semi-formal with a Rooted & Rising twist. Celebrate the theme by embracing nature-inspired elegance – think floral prints, earthly tones, and blooming details that symbolize growth and sophistication. Opt for polished silhouettes paired with garden-inspired colors and accessories for a look that feels fresh, vibrant, and festive. Need ideas? Check out our style board for more inspiration!

Is this event indoor or outdoor?
Cocktail hour will take place in a stunning outdoor garden with both grassy and paved areas - perfect for mingling over drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Afterward, guests will transition indoors to the main ballroom for an elegant plated dinner, live entertainment, an exciting auction, additional cocktails and decadent desserts.

How much are the tickets, and what does the ticket price include?
Tickets go on sale December 1, 2025. Early bird pricing is $250 per ticket through January 31, 2026. Beginning February 1, 2026, tickets will be $275 each. Your ticket includes valet service, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, a seated dinner, desserts, and entertainment.

What type of meal can I expect?
There will be passed hors d'oeuvres and a three-course seated meal.

I have an allergy, what are my options?
Please email gvacha@unityschool.com in the Advancement Office with any dietary restrictions.

What type of beverages are served?
We'll be offering a full open bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, available throughout the event.

What if I don’t see anything in the Auction Book that interests me? Can I still attend?
Absolutely! Your presence alone makes a difference and supports Unity the School. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories with our Unity CommUNITY. Our goal is to offer something for everyone, so if you have ideas for some items that you’d love to see – or leads to acquire them – please share them with us!

How do I pay for the auction items I win?
Before the event, all guests – whether attending in person or bidding remotely – will preregister a credit card. After the auction, winning bids will be automatically charged to your registered card on the Monday following the event.

How does the silent auction work? When does it close?
The silent auction will be hosted online and opens on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 8 PM for all registered guests and Unity families. You’ll receive a link that you can share with family and friends who may want to participate.
The silent auction closes during the Gala on March 28 at 8:15 PM. All items will be available for pickup in the Advancement office the following week.

How does seating work? What if I don’t have a table?
When purchasing your tickets, please list the names of those you’d like to sit with, and we'll do our best to accommodate your requests.
No table? No problem! If you don’t have a pre-arranged group, you'll be seated with guests from your child’s grade. This event is all about commUNITY, so the more connections, the better!

What time will the event end?
The event runs from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Where is the auction venue located?
We're thrilled to host this year's Gala at Boca West Country Club, located at 20583 Boca W Dr., Boca Raton, FL 33434.
​
The club has three entrances off of Yamato Road, Jog Road or Glades Road. Please have your ID ready for gate check-in and plan to arrive early to avoid congestion at the gate and valet.
​
